As part of our ongoing expansion and development, we are now seeking an experienced Head of Customer Operations to lead the complete customer operations function within the company and to plan and execute the next stages of growth.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the role will have the following responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record of managing customer operations teams, ideally for 24x7 mission critical revenue earning applications in the mobile telecoms marketplace globally.
This is a key role within the company, where the HCO will have overall responsibility for achieving sustained customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key attributes will be ability to learn fast, adaptability and focus in a dynamic and demanding environment.

The HCO will be based at our HQ in Limerick, Ireland but frequent travel to customers and team members based in regional offices will be required.
